As previously announced on November 19, 2025, we sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and concern caused to some guests who made reservations through Booking.com, regarding an incident in which messages directing recipients to a phishing website were distributed.

We are currently working closely with Booking.com and specialized security firms to investigate the cause of this incident; however, the root cause has not yet been identified.
Based on the information provided by Booking.com and security experts, our hotel has taken the following measures: changing IDs and passwords across all management systems, introducing additional security tools, and conducting employee training to improve awareness and knowledge of cyberattacks.
At this time, no similar cases have been confirmed for guests who made reservations after the incident was identified, nor for guests who booked through reservation sites other than Booking.com. If you have any inquiries regarding this matter, please contact our hotel using the details below.

Since around 2:45 AM on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, we have received multiple reports of guests
who have booked through Booking.com receiving phishing scam notifications impersonating Booking.com or hotels.
Please note that all official messages from our hotel are sent only via Booking.com’s official chat or our official email address.

Please do NOT click on links in the following cases:
• Messages received via WhatsApp, SMS, or personal email
• Urgent requests such as “credit card re-confirmation” or “your booking will be canceled”
• Links with suspicious or unusual URLs
