2. Member Reward Points System
Members earn points based on the amount spent at the time of booking. These points can be used like cash (1 point = 1 yen) toward future stays. The rate at which points are awarded ranges from 1% to 5%, depending on the member's tier.

Calculation Period: From February 1st to January 31st of the following year.
・If you meet the criteria for a higher tier during the calculation period, your membership will be upgraded starting from the 1st of the following month, without waiting for the end of the period.
・Except for the "Regular" tier, if neither of the criteria for promotion to the next tier is met, your membership will be downgraded to the next lower tier after the calculation period ends.
3. Late Check-Out
While the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, guests who make their reservation through our official website can enjoy a complimentary one-hour extension, allowing for check-out until 12:00 PM, regardless of the selected plan.
