Request Regarding the Use of Mobile Batteries

In recent years, incidents involving overheating or fire caused by mobile batteries (portable chargers) have been reported both domestically and internationally. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries as outlined below.
▼ Requests When Using Mobile Batteries
For safety reasons, please observe the following precautions when charging mobile batteries:
・Please refrain from charging mobile batteries while sleeping or when leaving the room.
・Please refrain from charging mobile batteries on beds, bedding, carpets, or other flammable materials.
・Please refrain from using or charging mobile batteries near windows exposed to direct sunlight.
・Please refrain from charging mobile batteries inside suitcases or bags.
・While charging, please ensure that the battery is in a location where you can check for any abnormalities.
▼ If You Notice Any Abnormalities
If you notice any of the following conditions, please stop using the mobile battery immediately and contact the front desk as soon as possible:
・The device becomes unusually hot
・The device is damaged, deformed, or swollen
・You notice a burning smell or a chemical-like odor
・You hear unusual noises
▼ During Room Cleaning
If, during room cleaning, a charging situation is identified that requires attention from a safety standpoint, we may stop the charging of the mobile battery in order to prevent fire or other accidents. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

While mobile batteries are very convenient, improper use may result in serious accidents such as fires. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all guests.
※Please note that mobile batteries and other charging devices are used at the guest’s own responsibility. The hotel shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, or losses caused by improper use or insufficient management of such devices.
